Business Support Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Ensure important issues (objective) regarding goods and service procurement formulated through analysis, formulation, compilation, modeling, data / information forecast in order to see other related scale / indicator development as input that should be anticipated by management.
  • Ensure availability alternative solution or improvement recommendation on goods and service procurement process to improve management decision quality.
  • Ensure the goods and service procurement process, methodology or recommendation optimally understand by related parties.
  • Ensure the program implementation related to goods and service procurement.
  • Ensure report and review availability on the program implementation.

Requirements

  • Male / female
  • Indonesian citizen (WNI)
  • Maximum 27 years old
  • Minimum possess Bachelor degree in various majors, preferably majoring Industrial Engineering / IT / Supply Chain / Management / Economics Accounting from reputable university / educational institution
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
  • Preferably have minimum 1 year experience in the field
  • Proficient in English actively (both spoken and written)
  • Computer and information system application literated (minimum Microsoft Office and internet)
  • Willing to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta airport environment

Secretary Vice President

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correspondence, letter / document distribution and filing is implemented in accordance with the procedure.
  • Ensure communication and reception process according to the system and procedure.
  • Ensure the availability of letter draft, meeting summary, and presentation material in accordance with the standard.
  • Ensure the information which stored in archive and database are arranged, stored, updated and well maintained in accordance with its classification.
  • Ensure the superior compliance schedule activities, accommodation and protocol are available with either.
  • Ensure the information confidentiality related to all affairs of superior is maintained according to system and procedure.

Requirements
