- SMK: maximum 25 years old
- Diploma III: maximum 27 years old
- Bachelor and Master Degree: maximum 30 years old
- Not married
- Minimum GPA 2.75 for state university graduate and 3.00 for private university graduate (Diploma III, Bachelor and Master Degree); and minimum National Exam average score 7 (SMK)
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Willing to take an employment bond in Bulog for 3 (three) years (compensation will be charged if resigned)
- The statement was never involved in drugs abuse
- Well-behaved expressed in Police Certificate / SKCK (can be followed on administration screening result announcement verification)
- Physically and mentally fit, not tattooed, pierced not, and no history of intractable diseases (expressed in Medical Certificate by Government Hospital)
- Statement letter items:
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
